Хорошая надежная яхта. 4 каюты. Требуется ремонт.

Oyster 61 Royal leopard. 1995 year build.

18.5 m length, 16.5 m by documents, 5.12 m beam 2.2 m draft, 31 tons.

1700 l fresh water tanks, 1000 l fuel tanks.

Engine Cummins 6 CTA 8.3M 240 hp (capital maintenance in 2015), bow thruster, Shaft service 2016

Water maker, invertor (charger), Air cond. 4 sets (2 cabins, 2 saloon), 2 autopilot hydraulic and electric.

NKE autopilot and 4 repeaters. GPS - Raymarine st 120 chart plotter, Furuno radar and display. GPS -
Laptop chart - navionics (max sea). Satelite internet and phone. Wether fax furuno.

New Led lamps in cabis and saloon. New service battery 2015.

4 cabins, 3 toilets and shower (all pumps working good) toilets was service in 2017.

2 liferaft for 8 persons (Plastimo service 2017), extinguisher 5 – 2 kg, 1 – 10 kg (engine room)
maintenance 2017.

Folding propeller, Dingy 3 m 8 hp (new engine), new anchor windlass 2017 lewmar V-5 2000 w.

Boat currently in good technical conditions exept windex wich will be changed soon. All another
things working good. All sails made in 2012. Furling genoa and mainsail in normal condition, service
2017, gib almost new, spinnaker, storm gib and storm mainsail new. Needed to change some ropes -
holiyards, genoa and gib sheets. No backstays on boat. Will make new one from dyneema rope. Also
need to install some equipment for spinnaker. For watermaker need new membrane and filtres. Teak
sanded on 70 % (work in progress) but have problem place. We planning to change for plastic one. Now
we looking for new plastic teak and waiting the price from factory. Small gelcoat damage (work in
progress, will finish in few weeks). Hull must be polished (will finish in one moth). Antifouling in 2015,
after season boat will be lifted up for antifouling and inspection of anods. No generator on board (old
was broken and dismount, still don’t install a new one), need to install like 2.5 kW generator or more.
Boat needs some interior job. Floor must be sanded, at this moment is carpet inside. No shower on
stern,will fix soon. No bimini, need a new one. Loudspeakers in cockpit have some damage on plastic
cover. Needs new matrass in bow cabin. No whashing machine. Old is broken.
